Shipping Policy

UK shipping is free for orders over £20 and £2.99 for orders under £20.

All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 working days and orders with standard shipping will be posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or International Standard delivery. 

For international orders, please head to checkout for your shipping calculation.

The shipping cost only covers handling and packaging fees. With the exception of the US, international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. These will be assessed when the order reaches your country's customs office. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that from 1 July 2021, customers in EU countries will be charged VAT (17-21%) on delivery.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, please email jen@wildlines.art to arrange an exchange or refund. When we receive your returned item undamaged and in its original packaging, we will arrange a refund or exchange. Unless the item arrived damaged, you will be responsible for paying postage for returning the item.
